Once we have laid down the formative kindling of the fire that is spiritual energy, then we must (in pari passu) also instantly recognize both the bark and ring of the seasoned log that is the nascent earth. While the former may increase in ‘radial’ value, so the latter increases both in conformity with and complexity within the laws of thermo-dynamics. To separate the two is to ignore the interweaving of the very unambiguous nature of tension and internal freedom.

Imagine then, that you aspire to some level of fame. Not the “I can’t go to the grocery store without being recognized” fame, but a type of oh, I don’t know – validation. So you fret and you strum. Tune and adjust. And it just doesn’t seem to happen.
